Fully licensed and insured, FineCraft offers a handyman service to help homeowners with practically anything in their house. It starts with a 3-hour minimum which is $500. With the handyman service we don’t estimate jobs since work is performed based on hours only. If the handyman finishes the work you need done and you want other things done within that 3-hour package he can tackle those things during the visit. After the initial 3 hours it’s $120/hour for one handyman plus any material that’s needed for the job which is simply reimbursed at the end of the job or day (whichever comes first). Our handyman service caps at 40 hours. Beyond that we go to a contract-based project.
