From the street, the updated exterior sets the tone. Board-and-batten inspired detailing, refined trimwork, and tall panes of glass strike a balance between traditional warmth and modern clarity. The gabled rooflines remain a defining feature, but the refreshed proportions and restrained palette give the home a timeless, confident presence.
Stepping inside, the design language remains consistent: bright, airy, and welcoming. Natural wood accents, layered lighting, and smoothly connected spaces establish a sense of comfort rooted in simplicity.
A Brighter, More Connected Interior
The heart of the home now revolves around a free-flowing kitchen, dining, and living area. Previously separated rooms have been opened and aligned to support effortless movement and easy connection.
The kitchen blends soft finishes with clean geometry—warm cabinetry tones, generous counter space, and modern hardware that complements the farmhouse aesthetic without overwhelming it. Large windows frame greenery and pull natural light across the room from morning to evening.
Adjacent spaces follow this same philosophy. The dining area sits comfortably within the central flow, while the living spaces benefit from wide cased openings and uninterrupted sightlines. The result is an interior that feels larger, calmer, and more usable in everyday life.

The home’s reorganized circulation makes an immediate difference. The foyer, stair transitions, and upper-level passageways now feel brighter and more intuitive, supported by a crisp trim package and a restrained materials palette.
