Fully licensed and insured, FineCraft is here to service your home repairs as well as renovate your bathrooms and kitchens, and much more. FineCraft offers a handyman service to help homeowners with practically anything in their house. It starts with a 3-hour minimum which is $500. If the handyman finishes the work you need done and you want other things done within that 3-hour package he can tackle those things during the visit. After the initial 3 hours it’s $120/hour. Our handyman service caps at 40 hours. Beyond that we go to a contract-based project.

Above our Handyman Service Line we have our Small Projects Line. Anything you need that totals at least $5k (in labor cost) or as much as $100k+/- (labor and material) our team can make it happen our Small Projects Line. Have a larger project? No problem. Check out our Design-Build page here. With thousands of house projects under our belt, there’s not much we haven’t done.

Going with FineCraft gives you peace of mind because if you hire us we’ll provide you with a professional team that’s lead by a designated project manager along with a project coordinator. In addition, we use project management software to keep you in the know at all times.

FineCraft will help guide a homeowner if a project requires a permit, but the homeowner is ultimately responsible for one should the job require it. Once the project has the building permit issued construction can begin.
