Welcome to the FineCraft Design-Build Experience
At FineCraft, we believe exceptional results come from a seamless, unified process — from the first idea to the final detail. When you choose us as your design–build partner, you gain a streamlined, start-to-finish experience built on clarity, trust, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Our single integrated Design–Build Agreement keeps everyone aligned from day one, ensuring your vision, budget, and schedule are developed thoughtfully and transparently.
Clients can work with FineCraft for a full design–build solution or select construction-only services when partnering with an independent architect. If you already have architectural plans, we welcome the opportunity to bid on your project and look forward to becoming your contractor of choice.
Architects FineCraft has had the pleasure of working with (not design-build) over the decades (not an exhaustive list):
Muse | Kirwan Architects | Donald Lococo Architects | Christian Zapatka | Runningdog Architects | GTM Architects | Manion Architects | CACAO Studio | Lyons Architecture | Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects | Brennan & Company | Moser Architects.
One Agreement. One Team. One Shared Mission.
When you sign your Design-Build Agreement with us, you are officially partnered with FineCraft for the entire journey— from schematics and planning, through technical design, material selections, permitting, and finally construction and punch-list completion. There is no hand-off, no design-then-bid ambiguity, and no adversarial contractor-versus-architect dynamic.
Instead, we work as one unified team, including:
- Design development and architectural guidance
- Engineering collaboration as needed
- Pre-construction planning and selections
- Transparent estimating and value-based options
- Construction management, quality control, and final delivery
Why We Work This Way
Homeowners deserve:
- One source of accountability
- One contract and one communication channel
- A design that fits the budget from the start
- No surprises, no hand-offs, and no wasted steps
Our integrated approach prevents common pitfalls such as redesign costs, contractor change orders caused by incomplete plans, or plans created without alignment to realistic construction costs.
Styles & Selections
At FineCraft, we can bring any design style to life — traditional, contemporary, farmhouse, modern, or anything in between. Whatever your vision, we’ll design and build a space that reflects the look and feel you desire.
Our Selections Manager will guide you through the entire selections process, introducing you to our Preferred Vendors (if not already done during the Design Phase) and helping you order key finishes such as cabinetry, vanities, countertops, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, windows, and exterior doors in a timely and sequential manner.
Just as important as choosing the right items is ordering them in the correct sequence. Proper sequencing keeps your project on schedule and eliminates unnecessary stress. Our Selections Manager ensures everything is selected and ordered at the right time so your experience remains smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
