This project represents a thoughtful balance of historic charm and modern function, combining timeless design with contemporary updates to meet today’s lifestyle needs.
From the moment you step through the front door, the transformation is evident. The entry foyer welcomes with classic architectural detailing, clean lines, and custom woodwork. The warm-toned hardwood flooring throughout creates a continuous thread that connects each space with natural richness and depth.
In the living spaces, original charm meets clean, modern styling. The main living room features built-in shelving and a timeless stone fireplace with a wood mantle, all positioned in front of expansive windows that frame serene treetop views. A second lounge space includes blue custom cabinetry with integrated shelving—ideal for showcasing books, artwork, and design pieces—lending both utility and visual character.
The kitchen and dining area make a bold yet elegant statement. Crisp white cabinetry with subtle panel detailing is paired with a marble backsplash and wood accents, providing a refined contrast. A sculptural chandelier above the dining table adds a contemporary focal point without overpowering the soft, neutral palette.
